Happy Weekends

Its the wonderful rare weekend that we both are off work.

With my time this weekend I baked bread

Made sunflower butter for HH (he is allergic to peanuts)

 Made an avocado puree out of the avocados I found on sale. Did you know you can freeze avocado puree to preserve it for later?

And since I hate to waste anything, I am attempting to grow my own avocado trees from the seeds :)

Not sure what I'll do with the rest of today! I already bought my Sunday papers from the dollar store for the coupons. Maybe I'll relax? Or maybe cook up some bar food from scratch. It is a big football day today.
